Come join Kahumana Farm for a healing crystal sound bath in celebration of the first full moon of the 2023 lunar cycle! 🌝With your host Jennifer Abee, a (w)holistic nurse and sound practitioner. Here’s what she has to say about sound healing:
“Crystal bowl sound vibration healing sessions are a way to drop into your body, magnify your intentions, and an aid in helping to facilitate stagnant energy or energy that is no longer serving you; to be cleared, cleansed, mobilized, and removed from the body. We will gather under the full moon in community with like minded souls. I will be creating a space for you to listen to what your spirit wants you to know and hear. As a participant your job is to show up, get comfortable ***highly encouraged and recommend; blankets, pillows, yoga mat, WATER (for drinking and additional to hold the sound vibrations) , crystals, or anything else that feels supportive for your rest and comfort and allow yourself to be bathed in the sound vibrations of the crystal bowls. We will start with intention setting and a short breathing exercise to help aid in dropping in to the present moment, simply allowing oneself to just be! No expectations or prior experience necessary.”
Gathering will take place on the Kahumana main stage (if in the parking lot facing the cafe, the stage is in the lawn to your left). We hope to see you there!! 💧🌙

Project Koa Yoga's April Class Schedule is here!!!a
PKY is intentional and in support of SAAM-Sexual Assault Awareness Month
This month we have two teachers offering their first BIPOC classes through PKY, teachers intentionally supporting survivors, advocates, and allies with their classes, two classes on Sundays and an open for all movement class.
If you havent joined our monthly membership yet, I hope this will provide some interest and save some $☺️💚. And on the other side of support, we also want folx to feel comfortable letting us know if they’d like some financial support to maybe try the new class /new teacher. We know how it is and want to support folx in whatever way is needed.
