Annie Gerstenberger
Cooking has always been a passion of Annie's. Much of what she learned both about the health benefits of food, and traditional preparation, was taught by her father, growing up in Indonesia. Upon moving to Hawaii, she began teaching basic Indonesian recipes, and catering for special occasions and weddings. Annie also worked at Haleiwa Joes, for several years, helping to develop certain menu items, and now has a Fresh juice & Smoothie truck, located on the North Shore!
